Welcome to the Alpha Release of Umigame!

We are thrilled to announce the Alpha Release of Umigame ! In this early version, you'll dive into the world of Umigame, playing through the first act. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to develop and polish the game.

What's Included in the Alpha Version:

• 3 Playable Characters: Choose from three unique characters, each with their own abilities and playstyles.
• Tutorial: Get started with a comprehensive tutorial to learn the basics and mechanics of Umigame.
• 10 Levels: Explore and conquer ten diverse levels filled with enemies.
• One Boss: Face off against a challenging boss at the end of the act.
• Skills, Augments, and Items: Discover and equip various skills, augments, and items to enhance your gameplay and strategy.
• Turrets: Utilize turrets strategically placed throughout the levels to aid in your battles.
• Different Types of Rooms: Experience various room types that will test your skills and adaptability.
• Controller Fully Compatible: Enjoy a seamless gaming experience with full controller support.
• Online Multiplayer: Play solo or team up with a friend in online multiplayer mode (1 or 2 players).
  • Note for Multiplayer: There might be more bugs affecting player 2 (the one who joins the host).
• English Only: Currently, the game is available in English only.

Please keep in mind that this is an Alpha Release. While the game is fully playable and packed with content, it is still in an early stage of development. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, and placeholder assets. Here’s what to expect:

• Bugs and Glitches: There will likely be various bugs and glitches. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fix them.
• Missing Features: Not all intended functionalities are implemented yet. Some features are still being developed and will be added in future updates.
• Performance Issues: You might experience performance issues or crashes. We are actively working on optimizing the game.
